Haruto Wistaria is the former dowager Queen of Clarines. Izana Wistaria and Zen Wistaria are her children, with Izana being the first child and Zen the second child. Her husband is the late Kain Wistaria.

She has long blonde hair and is seen with jewelries such as necklaces and earrings. She is seen walking covered in robes. She is of above average height.

She is seen to be cheerful and was mentioned to have a " Castle allergy " due to staying in her office for too long. She used to insist on being able to roam around the castle freely until she left.
History
She married Kain Wistaria and gave birth to their two sons, Izana and Zen. After her husband's death she became Queen dowager. After she became "allergic" to the palace, she left for Wilant and took the role of leading the northern part of Clarines, leaving the centre and southern parts to her older son, Izana. A few years ago she, Izana and Zakura Shidnote, her retainer at the time, took part in a ceremony held at the Wilant palace.
